The process has been stressful, just like it is for most when buying a new car. I've been to many dealerships and talked to multiple car salesman. Most of those didn't even ask what I wanted or what I was looking for. They already had the car in mind that they were trying to sell. Almost like it was pre-planned for the day or a bet between salesman on who was going to sell that specific car first. Orr is different. Bradlee met us on the lot when we pulled up. Not only did he inform us of car specifics, he listened to my own needs and wants and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He understood that I was not just spending a little amount of money, but going to make an investment in something that I want to last for years to come. He gave options for me to look at in my price range, unlike other dealerships that I went to, and educated me on what each vehicle does that would meet the needs I spoke about. Yes, it was a process and did not take a few minutes or an hour, but the experience will go with me for years to come and I a grateful for all he did. Orr and Bradlee were a step above the rest and even talking with the finance department wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be. 10/10 recommended and I just wish I would have stopped in sooner to save me from extra stress. The service was amazing, from the beginning when I called to get my car in, to the middle when I dropped it off and the staff helped obtain an Uber to get me to my house and back to the store when my car was repaired, to the end when I came to pick up my car. I highly recommend buying your vehicle from this dealership. Everyone is friendly and their service department is amazing. They always make sure my tires are at the correct pressure and top off my fluids when my vehicles is serviced.

I’ve been going here for 2 years and I had a pretty serious work done on my 2020 Sentra and it was the most welcoming place and easiest processed throughout the whole thing and all the staff was so welcoming would totally recommend and having your car serviced there.

Dave in the parts department is excellent!! He went above and beyond today to help me with replacing a couple of parts that were damaged on my Nissan Rogue from a small fender bender that happened in a parking lot I was parked in! I would recommend him for any services for parts, etc.!!

The service advisor and the service manager, Jordan Mellinger, were attentive to our needs and they both were very pleasant to deal with….problem fixed and a stress free experience.

Miguel was super friendly when my friends and I came in to look for a car for me. He printed out car facts so we could look at them. Miguel also gave us water and after we test drove three cars he gave us a popsicle! I would highly recommend Miguel as a car salesman!

An Orr Nissan Staff member met us at the car door, ready to assist us in any way they could. We just needed an oil change and tire rotation on this trip. We left the vehicle, went and did a little shopping, and the vehicle was ready when we got back in about an hour. They had also vacuumed and dusted it for us. They are always very courteous and very helpful. We didn't even have an appointment!

This was the best car buying experience - hands down! Miguel - our salesman - was amazing! When speaking on the phone prior to my arrival - he stayed in touch with me several times and sent personalized videos of the vehicle. He was quick to respond and a great listener! Miguel answered all of my questions and took great care of us. I drove nearly 3 hours to purchase this vehicle because of his professionalism instead of purchasing locally. I broke down in Wichita while I was moving cross country. The guys at Orr took care of me and got me into a used truck so I could get back on my way. We ended up staying 3 hours after closing on a Saturday and they were just fantastic!

I’m still sitting here waiting for my car to be done in service, but I have compliment the staff. Right as I walked into the building, Rita came up and asked me if I wanted water or anything to eat/drink. Then 10 minutes later Otis (I think) asked if I wanted a water. All the guys in service were super professional and attentive to my needs. I don’t think they get enough credit! I truly trust them with my vehicle - the first car I’ve ever purchased. I will never go anywhere else for my car maintence. I even live 45 minutes away but they make the drive worth it. They truly care about you and your experience with them. Thank you guys! (:
